Privacy Policy

Scope: 33marks website and apps · Operator: 33marks LLC · https://33marks.com/policies/privacy

Protecting your information is part of our responsibility as the people building the software you use.

This policy covers 33marks.com and the apps operated by 33marks LLC, including Long Look. It explains what information reaches us, what we use it for, which service providers receive it, and the choices available to you.

Each app handles different information. Where a practice belongs to a particular app or feature, we identify it by name so you can see what applies to you. In this policy, we, our, and us mean 33marks LLC.

33marks.com

Visiting the website

33marks.com is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as your IP address and the page requested, to deliver and protect the website. You can read more about its handling of this information in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Match Your Marks runs in your browser. The game does not ask for personal information or send your moves, matches, or score to 33marks. Game progress is held only in the page's memory and resets on a fresh page load.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your inquiry or support request. Our company support inbox, [email protected], and Long Look support inbox, [email protected], are handled by Google Workspace. Ordinary correspondence remains in the inbox until deleted; we do not apply a fixed retention period to it. We remove Long Look outage-refund case threads from the Long Look support inbox 90 days after case closure, or earlier on a deletion request. This is not immediate erasure from every provider system: Google Workspace administrator recovery and applicable retention rules or legal holds can keep copies available after mailbox removal. Polar retains its existing merchant records under its own applicable retention obligations. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details, or sensitive information that is not needed to explain your request.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers as described in the website and app disclosures in this policy, and when required by law or needed to protect our services or users.

Long Look

Information collected

Long Look is built around manual entry and minimal data collection. It does not connect to bank accounts, use Plaid, import bank transactions, or sync transaction feeds.

We collect account information needed to run the service, including email address, first name, authentication/session information, and email verification status. We also store the planning information you enter, including pay schedules, expected and actual income, recurring items, debts, pay period items, and paid/unpaid status.

Long Look

Chat Information

If AI Chat is enabled and you use it, we store your chat conversations and messages so you can return to them later. We also store AI usage records such as provider name, model name, date, and token counts when available, and routing records showing which kind of request was made and how it was resolved. Neither stores message content.

AI Chat currently uses OpenAI’s API under OpenAI’s business terms. Long Look can be configured to use a different AI provider; if that changes, this section changes with it.

OpenAI does not use your prompts or responses to train its models. That is OpenAI’s default for API use, and we have not opted in to sharing data.

What we send. To answer a question about your plan, we send your message together with the Long Look figures needed to answer it. We may also send your recent messages and replies from the same conversation, so the answer follows what you were already discussing. That context can include the names you gave your debts and recurring items, the dates they land, and your cash flow numbers - debt balances, interest rates, minimum and planned payments, recurring amounts, income, and the cycle totals derived from them. It does not include your payment card details, which we never hold.

OpenAI retains it for a limited period, separately from anything we store. We ask OpenAI not to store responses for later retrieval. OpenAI’s API documentation currently states that it keeps abuse-monitoring logs, which may include prompts and responses, for up to 30 days, unless it must keep them longer by law or to protect its services or others from harm.

We are describing OpenAI’s current practice, not making a promise on OpenAI’s behalf. We do not control it and OpenAI may change it. The authoritative and current statements are OpenAI’s own:

What deleting a conversation does. Deleting a conversation in Long Look removes that conversation and its messages from Long Look. It does not reach OpenAI’s separate abuse-monitoring logs, and it does not remove the AI usage and routing records described above, which are kept against your account rather than the conversation and contain no message content. Deleting your account removes those too.

If you would rather not send a question to an AI provider at all, you do not have to use AI Chat. The rest of Long Look works without it.

Long Look

Billing

Billing is handled by Polar. Long Look stores billing status and billing identifiers needed to determine account access. Long Look does not store full payment card numbers.

Long Look

Your controls

You can export your Long Look data, delete individual chat conversations where available, and delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes app data and sign-in, with limited records retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations.

Long Look

Data retention

We keep Long Look account and planning data while your account is active. Some records, such as archived recurring items or debt records, are preserved to support your cash flow history. Chat conversations are kept unless you delete a conversation or delete your account.

Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, provider systems, or records retained for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal obligations. OpenAI’s abuse-monitoring retention is separate from Long Look's storage and is not removed by deleting a conversation in Long Look, as described in Chat Information.

Long Look

Service metrics, diagnostics, and email delivery

Long Look does not use Cloudflare Web Analytics, third-party analytics, or advertising trackers. Long Look's own aggregate usage telemetry is kept for 90 days to help us understand service usage.

Cloudflare Worker logs and traces are disabled. A private diagnostics collector stores a limited set of diagnostic events for troubleshooting. Backend application logs are hosted on Render and are retained for about seven days on our current hosting plan.

Long Look uses Resend to send service emails. Open and click tracking is disabled for those emails.

Long Look

Children

Long Look is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Terms of Service

Product: Long Look · Operator: 33marks LLC · https://33marks.com/policies

Long Look is a cash-flow planner provided by 33marks LLC. It helps you plan pay periods, recurring items, debts, and related notes you enter manually.

Planning, not advice

Long Look is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or credit advice. You are responsible for reviewing your plan and deciding what actions to take.

Accounts and data

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You keep ownership of your data and give 33marks LLC permission to process it as needed to provide, secure, operate, and support Long Look.

AI chat

AI responses can be useful, but they may be incomplete or wrong. Do not use AI Chat for emergency, legal, tax, investment, credit, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

You may not use Long Look, including AI Chat, to break the law or violate another person’s rights; access or attempt to access another person’s account or data without authorization; bypass or attempt to bypass security controls, service limits, or AI safeguards; upload, transmit, or introduce malicious code; scrape, crawl, make bulk or automated requests to, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service without authorization; or otherwise harm or create material risk for Long Look, 33marks LLC, its customers, users, or service providers.

AI prompts and output

These acceptable-use requirements apply both to content you submit to AI Chat, including prompts and supplied context, and to how you use, publish, distribute, or otherwise handle generated output. You are responsible for reviewing generated output and ensuring that your use of it complies with these Terms and applicable law.

Enforcement

If we reasonably believe that an account has materially or repeatedly violated these Terms, 33marks LLC may take proportionate action, including a warning, throttling or rate limiting, temporary restriction of features or account access, suspension, or termination. The action taken may depend on the nature, severity, and recurrence of the misuse. Enforcement is subject to applicable law and human review where appropriate. Serious misuse may require immediate restriction or suspension without a prior warning.

Reporting suspected misuse

Customers and third parties can report suspected misuse, attempted unauthorized access, security bypass activity, malicious code, automated abuse, or harmful use of AI Chat to the 33marks support inbox at [email protected]. Include enough information for us to understand the report, but do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Monitoring boundary

Long Look does not promise comprehensive proactive monitoring, automatic content or abuse detection, guaranteed detection or prevention of misuse, or continuous human review of all prompts or outputs. When investigating a report or apparent violation, 33marks LLC may review information reasonably available to it and take action consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

Service availability

33marks LLC may change, pause, or discontinue parts of Long Look. The service is provided as is and as available, to the extent allowed by law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Product: Long Look · Operator: 33marks LLC · https://33marks.com/policies

Long Look includes a 14-day no-card trial so you can evaluate the service before starting a paid subscription.

Monthly charges

Long Look is billed monthly through Polar. Because Long Look includes a no-card trial before payment, monthly charges are generally not refundable after payment.

Cancellation

You can cancel through the billing controls in Long Look. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. After cancellation, access continues through the end of the current paid monthly period unless the account is deleted or access ends under the Terms of Service.

Exceptions

33marks LLC may approve a refund when required by law or when an exception is appropriate, such as a duplicate charge, billing error, or support-approved exception.

Service outages

For a verified service incident overlapping paid access, you may request an outage refund during the incident or within 30 days after it is resolved. The incident must involve at least 24 continuous unavailable hours, or 24 cumulative unavailable hours within seven days. We count overlapping unavailable time once.

Covered time includes service-caused account recovery pauses, shared outages, and Chat-only outages. A service-caused pause remains unavailable time until recovery is verified and access is reopened, even if a provider recovered earlier. Ordinary allowance exhaustion is not an outage.

For a qualifying incident, the remedy is the remaining subscription fee actually paid for each affected billing period, subject to previous refunds and the merchant's refundable-payment limit and tax handling. We do not prorate the fee by unavailable hours or limit an incident to one billing period. An ongoing incident may affect later renewals. The same payment cannot be refunded twice: all previous refunds, including other incidents, reduce the remaining amount. Each monetary remedy requires approval by the owner of 33marks LLC.

Outstanding recovery pauses are reviewed oldest-first at the start of support sessions, on a best-effort basis. There is no guaranteed response deadline, maximum pause duration, automatic reopening, or 24/7 on-call commitment. Operator absence may prolong unavailability.

Restoring a Chat allowance turn is separate from a monetary refund and does not extend paid or trial access. Service/trial extensions, goodwill turns, and automatic monetary remedies are not promised under this policy. It does not guarantee AI correctness or compensation for hypothetical financial loss, and does not limit mandatory remedies or the existing exceptions above.

Contact [email protected] to request review. An ordinary subscription refund and cancellation remain separate actions; a refund does not itself request that your subscription be cancelled.

Account deletion

Deleting your account is different from canceling your subscription. If you want to use the rest of a paid month, cancel billing first and delete your account later.
